The tote bag pattern is from Kwik Sew, a fabulous pattern design company, and if you’re like me you’re always misplacing your flash stick for your computer, so who couldn’t use a sweet fat quarter project to hold it close?
The chalk pouncer is for use with templates for machine quilting, and is quite popular with quilters who mark their quilting designs beforehand. I use the fly-by-imagination method, so I haven’t used it, but know it’s gotten raves.

My new years resolution is to start my color journal. We are building a house and I have been collecting color ideas for painting the interior for a long time, but everything is just stuffed in a bag.
